We are conveniently located within five minutes walk of St Leonards train station and provide a very pleasant working environment, something that we are told is unique in today’s ‘sweatshop’ call centre culture. Some of the benefits of joining the Nerd Central crew include:

Learning tasks. Rather than working our nerds into the ground, we dedicate time each week to learning something new and challenging. Find an area you want to explore then present your new-found knowledge back to the group.
We provide a structured feedback and review process, so you always know how your performance is measured and have involvement in the process.
With our sister company Far Edge sharing our premises, there are frequently opportunities for Nerd Central nerds to transfer to one of the Far Edge teams, such as the Corporate Helpdesk, or our Software Development team. We have a structured merit-based selection process in place and anyone can apply when jobs become available.
Pleasant working conditions. Unlike many call centres, we provide our team with comfortable workstations. Be gone the battery-chicken cubicle! Not at Nerd Central. As well as providing our nerds with a pleasant office to work in, we allow reasonable breaks to stretch your legs and get some fresh air.
The world’s biggest black board! We haven’t verified this claim, but our office sports a 12 meter long floor to ceiling blackboard as your creative outlet. Go ahead, make your mark!
