This service involves:1. Scanning of the computer for any type for virus, malware, spyware, malicious software and any unwanted programs. This will involve using various techniques to detect any type of unwanted and malicious software.2. Removal of anything that is deemed to be a virus or anything harmful and unwanted. This will depend if such items or viruses are located and detected. This may vary depending on individual systems.3. A through check of the system again to insure all such software or viruses have been removed and is good working order.4. Recommendation of Virus software and Security measures to help prevent and protect. ie. CA's antivirus and security software, this will involve additional cost to the service.
