Problem

Customer doesn't know how to do windows updates

Solution

How to install Windows Updates
Any unit running a version of Windows.

Symptoms
Info about the issue, how does it present?

Cause
Windows Security may need to update

Resolution
Once you have found out what version of Windows you are running.
If you are running Windows XP;

Open Internet Explorer
Go to Tools in the Menu Bar.
Windows Update

This should take you to the Microsoft Update List.
Windows Update

If you are running Windows Vista

Goto the start Menu then click on Control Panel
Once in Control Panel click Windows Update
